Though many use AF, NA, zero proof (ZP), and NoLo interchangeably, only beverages with 0.0% ABV can legally be called alcohol-free in the U.S. Anything under 0.5% ABV—like BrewDog’s Elvis AF—must be labeled non-alcoholic and clearly state it contains less than 0.5% ABV.
